Christmas Wish Poem For Kids

by Josie
(East Texas, USA)

Dear Mom and Dad, when I was three Santa Claus was good to me.
He brought me alphabet letters and blocks, story book pictures and little toy trucks.

I wrote him a letter when I was four, he brought me the swing set I adored.
When I was five he brought me a trike and other neat stuff I really liked.

But now I’m six and big enough (and know who brings my Christmas stuff)
to take care of my very own puppy (remember how good I raised my guppy?)

Please, please, this year I promise you I’ll be the best boy through and through...
a Christmas puppy under the tree would be the best year that could be!

Christmas Season Poem For Kids

by G.P.
(Conshohocken, PA, USA)

Santa, reindeer, elves and toys,
presents abound for girls and boys.

Gift wrap, snowmen, trees decked with lights,
cookies and milk on Christmas Eve night.
Children leave cookies to show that they care,
welcoming Santa to homes everywhere.

Morning comes early with presents for all,
playing with toys, the kids have a ball.
A child's favorite day, full of snow, gifts and fun,
the happiest time, Christmas season's begun!

Christmas Santa Poem For Kids

by Deepak
(Rochester, NY, USA)

Christmas Santa Poem For Kids

It's off to the mall
though it's yet only Fall
to give Santa my list
of favorite gifts.

We stand single file
in a line that's a mile.
But soon I can see
Santa smiling at me.

I sit on his knee
(his beard itching me),
to ask for the toys
most desired by boys.

He scratches his chin
and winks with a grin,
shakes his beard to and fro
as he says "Ho, Ho, Ho!"

Christmas Wishes Poem For Kids

by Allison
(Oxford, NJ, USA)

Waiting and waiting on Christmas night
for Santa Claus to take his flight.
Eight reindeer will lead the way
to my house on Christmas day.

Presents wrapped and topped with bows,
what's inside? Nobody knows.
Some blocks, a bike, perhaps a doll,
underwear, socks, I want it all!

Mom says I should not be greedy,
I should think about the needy.
I really hope for Christmas this year
that everyone will have some cheer.

I pray that kids around the world
big and small, boys and girls,
get the gift they want the most,
from land to sea and coast to coast.

Underneath my tree will be
Presents for my whole family.
Christmas day will be a ball!
Merry Christmas, one and all!

Being Good, Christmas Poem For Kids

by Ginger
(Lexington, KY, USA)

Being Good, Christmas Poem For Kids

I'm so excited Christmas is here!
Mom said "Be good for Santa this year."

I spilled my soda on the floor,
don’t think it's bad since I'm only four.

I cried when Dad wouldn't give me candy,
and I hit my bratty brother named Randy.

I'm really trying to be sweet,
'cause I want that bike with the big green seat.

I told my mom I loved her today,
I think I earned an extra present, Hooray!

My sister was sad so I gave her a hug,
Why did she kiss my cheek? UHG!

I think I've been kinda good this year,
if Santa's watching I think I'm in the clear!
