Rob's birthday bash in Dublin!

Before we moved to Australia, I celebrated my 20th birthday in Ireland with family and friends. For this occasion, we did not prepare the house for a party. Instead, we went to a pub called "Ye Olde Pub" in Dublin, Ireland, for a typical (modern) Irish birthday party.

We ordered a gigantic plate, a feast of chips, crab legs, calamari, shrimps, mushrooms with cheese, and, of course, my birthday cake! We all enjoyed a pint of a stout beer called "Guinness". It is beer which has a dark colour and is said to be very nutritious. A pint of Guinness is equivalent to a complete meal, I heard!

For the main course, we had roasted beef with mashed potatoes and gravy sauce. It was awesome!

I received t-shirts, DVDs, video games, and a gaming console for my birthday. Then, my band and me got on stage and played some music. The spectators were delighted (at least I hope so!).

This was my 20th birthday in Dublin, Ireland.
