September begins the slipping away of summer and the drawing near of autumn. It is time to bring in the harvest, stock the root cellar, gather firewood for the first fall chill.

it is also a time to reflect on America's greatness and the early struggles which forged the framework of the freedoms we enjoy today.

It is also time to cherish and appreciate our grandparents and their contribution to our happiness, self-esteen, and who we are.
